For Ramnista, we primarily use grapes from vineyard plots with a lower pH and lighter soil type to maximize aromatic intensity and complexity.
16 months in 225 liters for the 80% of the blend and 500 liters for the 20%, French and American oak barrels are used, plus additional aging in bottle for a further 12 months until release
Rich bouquet of great aromatic complexity; red fruits and floral notes. Round and tasty on the palate with generous tannins and good acidity. Pairings with game and lamb
Mid ruby. Rounder and riper than the Kali Riza but the chewiness on the end is more pronounced. Without quite the charm of the Amyndeo wine. Rather aggressively drying on the end.
