Product notes

The name takes its origin from the 45th parallel north, which extends two kilometers from the estate's cellars near Tain L'Hermitage. This vintage debuted in 1950 and represents Jaboulet's commitment to producing the best value from the Rhône in France.

Production notes

Harvested by hand when ripe, the grapes are pressed directly into whole bunches. The wine is fermented at low temperature for 2 weeks in temperature-controlled vats in order to preserve all its aromatic potential. Aged for 6 months in stainless steel vats and truncated cone-shaped vats on fine lees.

Tasting notes

A crisp, minerally Rhône white, with moist pits and laser-pure white fruit in a luscious, lip-smacking white. Offers the elegance and texture of the finest cool climate white wines. Pairings with cheese and seafood

James Sucking, April 2024 (Vintage 2023)

A juicy, fresh and supple blend of 38% viognier, 33% grenache blanc, 12% roussanne, 10% clairette and 7% marsanne. Light and agile with a fresh core of lemons, warm herbs and white fruit. Refreshing and aromatic with a mellow finish. From organically grown grapes. Drink now.

Tamlyn Currin, November 2025 (Vintage 2024)

Fresh with a sense of powdery texture and fragrance – acacia blossom and lily-floral talcum powder. Marshmallow sweetness and a touch of ground ginger and pears.
