About this winery

The name Tâcherons for these cuvées comes from an old Burgundian tradition Tâcherons. It consists of remunerating women and men working in the vineyards by deed, locally called “task workers”. Les Tâcherons are workers who carry out the most meticulous work in the vineyards throughout the year.

Production notes

The grapes are put in the vats by gravity. The caps is carefully punched everyday that helps to work out colour and aromas. The temperature is controlled within 25°C. Aging is conducted until February for 80% in stainless vat and 20% in barrels.

Tasting notes

Expressive nose of black cherry and spices. Beautiful attack, the wine is ample, long and fruits with a very nice balance between out hits and fruit aromas. The finish is fresh, fruits and delicate touch of cherry stones notes. Perfect on ils down with charcuteries, grilled fish, grilled meat such as Lamb and roasted duck.
