Product notes
This different rosé is produced on the hillsides of Douro: it is a young, modern, and fruity wine, but more complex than what is usually found in a traditional rosé. The typical freshness of a rosé joins the expression of the typical varieties and maturation found in Douro.
Production notes
After arrival at the winery, the grapes are gently pressed to avoid excessive color extraction. Following clarification of the must by flotation, fermentation begins at a controlled temperature between 15 and 16°C. At the end of alcoholic fermentation, the wine is aged on its fine lees for four months, then it is topped up and prepared for bottling.
Tasting notes
Clear, pinkish colour. Young, fruity aroma, with hints of strawberry and cherries. Like all Douro wines, it has volume and presents a soft and delicate structure that keeps the freshness due to its good acidity.
