The history of Terre da Vino would take quite a chapter to describe, since the Company encompasses more than 5,000 hectares of vineyards cultivated by more than 2,500 producers! Product notes
The grapes come from vineyards situated on alluvial soils composed of clay-silt sediments mixed with reddish-brown gravel, ranging in texture from medium to fine.
Production notes
Pressing is gentle, and the must ferments at a temperature of approximately 15–16°C for ten days. The wine is stored at a low temperature and undergoes a short period of bottle aging.
Tasting notes
Straw-yellow color with greenish hues. Lively fruity and floral notes, along with anise and fresh hay. The palate is balanced, featuring just the right level of crisp acidity and ripe fruit flavors. Pairs well with seafood pasta and cheese arancini.
