Product notes

In the cave between Steinbühel and Gottschelle you will find a mixture of primitive and weathered stone and gravel soils, as well as deposits from the beginning of the Danube. These younger sediment layers involve the finer minerals due to their organic origin. This is what characterizes the particular tension of this situation.

Production notes

Manual harvest, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel vats and aging in large wooden barrels

Tasting notes

Typical nose with aromas of white pepper and flowers, with fine and elegant fruity notes on the palate. A round wine, which expresses its attractive, somewhat creamy texture through aromas of apple and grapefruit. Pairings with white meats and fish
