Lorsque Silvio Nardi achète le domaine Casale del Bosco en 1950, Montalcino n'est qu'un petit village rural. Le puissant Consorzio del Vino Brunello n'est pas encore une idée et Nardi incarne le premier "étranger" à investir à Montalcino (originaire d'Ombrie). Aujourd'hui, Montalcino représente une communauté viticole renommée avec de nombreux investisseurs internationaux.

The 2022 Rosso di Montalcino is savory and sweet, with a cascade of rose petals, wild herbs and crushed blackberries. It is juicy and pure in style, with masses of ripe red and blue fruits swirling throughout. It tapers off with medium length. A raspberry and spice staining leaves a pleasantly chewy sensation.
