Product notes

This cuvée bears the name of the owner's daughter who designed the label herself.

Production notes

In organic farming, the soils are worked. Work, double guyot pruning. The harvest is done manually, in small crates, so as not to damage the raisins. With an aging of 16 months, including 10 months in barrels.

Tasting notes

Beautiful olfactory intensity with slightly smoky notes and lots of fruit. Pleasant mineral touch. The palate confirms an elegant bouquet with a beautiful fruity intensity. There is crunch and freshness. A balanced, juicy, perfectly balanced wine with silky tannins. Pairings with flank steak and marinated lamb skewers.

James Suckling, December 2021 (Vintage 2019)

A ripe and opulent young red with berry, dried fruit, cocoa powder and cedar on the nose and palate. It’s full and layered with light tannins that are integrated and delicious, 80% merlot and 20% cabernet sauvignon. Drink or hold.
