Production notes

100% Tempranillo - 8 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting notes

Cherry red color. Floral touches appear first, followed by subtle aromas of slightly ripe fruit with menthol and balsamic notes. The mouth is an explosion of red fruits and the very delicate wood makes it more complex. It is pleasant, silky, long and balanced. Pairings with white and red meats.

January 2022 (Vintage 2019)

Ruby-red tinged with crimson. Nose of blackberry and blackcurrant with touches of pepper and liquorice. Velvety attack on the palate, laden with ripe fruits. Nicely harnessed tannins showing great finesse drive the middle palate. Wonderful minerality on the finish
