Product notes

Around the Etang de Thau, the grape varieties benefit from the relatively cool terroir on which the vines "look" at the sea. This maritime influence throughout the summer will help preserve the acidity in the grapes.

Production notes

Grape varieties with late maturity, they are in line with the climatic conditions offered by the Mediterranean rim and allow their aromatic flavors to be preserved until the harvest at the end of September, early October for some Piquepouls. 100% stainless steel tank

Tasting notes

Clear color with green reflections which is transported to aromas of citrus, peaches and flowers. The grape varieties bring this lively and crunchy side and a wonderful balance of fresh fruit, acidity and minerality. Pairings with tapas, fish and cheese.

Tamlyn Currin, June 2020 (Vintage 2018)

Seville orange and orange-blossom aromatics. Dazzling freshness, packed with juicy citrus and orange peel and even a dab of marmalade. Tiny bit of fresh basil greenness as well. Sparkles. I'd love to have this with ceviche.
