Châteauneuf du Pape Les Cèdres
2017
See the Paul Jaboulet Aîné detail page for more information on this brand
Vines of around 50 years on average. The wine is aged in a combination of stainless steel tanks and new French oak barrels for 9 months before bottling. On average, production is around 500 cases of wine per year.
Pale yellow in color, the nose opens with notes of citrus and white fruits and reveals delicate floral notes. The attack is frank with a nice freshness embellished with a fine-grained minerality and a lovely persistence of fruity notes. Pairings with veal rib, seafood and fish.
