Production notes

Vines of around 50 years on average. The wine is aged in a combination of stainless steel tanks and new French oak barrels for 9 months before bottling. On average, production is around 500 cases of wine per year.

Tasting notes

Pale yellow in color, the nose opens with notes of citrus and white fruits and reveals delicate floral notes. The attack is frank with a nice freshness embellished with a fine-grained minerality and a lovely persistence of fruity notes. Pairings with veal rib, seafood and fish.

Richard Hemming, November 2018 (Vintage 2017)

Tasted blind. Pithy apple-skin nose with medium body, soft acidity and a touch of nutty character to finish. Good, standard Châteauneuf
