Tasting notes

Cistus is a red wine with a purplish garnet color, an elegant and juicy palate with lots of ripe fruit aromas, hints of vanilla, elegant and round tannins all in balance. It is a wonderful and refined wine from the Douro Valley. Pairings with Portuguese chicken and cod fritters.
