Production notes

Complete destemming of the grapes. Short pre-fermentation maceration followed by fermentation in vats for 6-8 days at a controlled temperature between 27-28⁰C with fairly frequent pumping over. After the alcoholic fermentation, the separation of the parts with which the wine has fermented is made and the malolactic fermentation is triggered. Part of the wine is aged in stainless steel vats and another in French oak for a period of 5 months.

Tasting notes

Notes of red fruits, strawberries, orange blossom, caramel and spices. Bulky on the palate, it has a balanced acidity and a taste imbued with a beautiful youth, dominated by red fruits. The tannins are present and linger on the finish. Pairings with beef, chicken and sausages.
