Production notes

After careful bunch selection, the must was decanted at low temperature and vinified in vats at 16ºC for 15 days. Bottling takes place after stabilization and clarifying filtration.

Tasting notes

The aroma is floral and lemony, with some mineral notes. On the palate, it's fruity, with good acidity and fatness, good volume on the palate, full and pleasant. Drink with grilled fish and seafood. Serve between 6 and 8 Celsius.
