Blson de Bourgogne is a trading company that brings together 800 families of winegrowers throughout Burgundy, from Chablis to Mâcon, via Beaune, each of whom in its own way reveals a facet of Burgundy's identity. Thus, generations of expertise have come together to share their know-how, and to offer wines that express all the shades of Burgundy, to the delight of wine lovers around the world. Wine is arguably the most famous ambassador of Burgundy, but there isn't just one Burgundy wine: soils and locations, altitude and exposure, so many natural parameters given to the winegrowers to explore the full range of possibilities to create, from the same grape varieties, an infinite number of harmonies. The Blason de Bourgogne winegrower families are present in 5 major production areas: the Chablisien and its neighbor the Auxerrois vineyard, the Côtes and Hautes-Côtes de Nuits and Beaune, the Côte Chalonnaise and the Mâconnais. On these different terroirs, Chardonnay and Pinot noir, two emblematic grape varieties of the region, are mainly planted, but also Aligoté, Sauvignon blanc and Gamay. Behind each Blason de Bourgogne wine, these families of winemakers, united and respectful of their region, work throughout the year in their vineyards to produce the best grapes, which fully express the identity of their terroirs. This deep anchoring in the vineyards guarantees a great mastery of production and quality, perfect traceability from the winegrower to the consumer, and thus makes it possible to create the unique style of each of the company's wines. This organizational model allows value to be redistributed to winegrowers so that they can pass on this legacy to their children. Created for and by winegrowers, Blason de Bourgogne offers twenty cuvées whose quality earns them awards regularly, and their affordable pricing point allows them to be appreciated in many countries around the world.
