Product notes

The morainic soil is rich in minerals, the result of glacial sedimentation.

Production notes

The grapes are picked by hand. Soft pressing in whole bunches and clarification of the must by natural decantation. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. Aging on lees for 6 months in stainless steel vats without malolic fermentation.

Tasting notes

Limpid green dress. Aromas of citrus fruits, grapefruit, lime and elderflower. An elegant frame and a fine consistency, with intense notes. An excellent savory and mineral structure, with a persistent mouthfeel. Pairings with white-fleshed fish and grilled vegetables

James Suckling, May 2022 (Vintage 2021)

A suave and elegant sauvignon with not a hint of the gritty tartness that often mars wines from this grape. Plenty of ripe-melon and yellow-grapefruit aromas, plus impressive substance on the ample palate. Long, very clean fresh-herb finish. Drink or hold.
