Product notes

Plot planted on a hillside, facing south-east, on calcareous, red, stony soil. The vines are located at the upper limit of the appellation, and therefore benefit from a strong thermal excursion during maturation.

Production notes

The grapes are harvested by hand, sorted manually and completely destemmed. The malolactic fermentation is carried out at 100%. The wine is aged for 12 months at 50% in stainless steel vats and 50% in 400-litre barrels (including 10% new barrels).

Tasting notes

Beautiful bright yellow color with green highlights. Intense nose with notes of brioche and aromas of white fruits (Williams pear), pineapple and white pepper. The wine is ample, rich. The entry on the palate is mineral and the finish fresh. Pairings with oysters and veal blanquette

Roger Voss, January 2019 (Vintage 2017)

This wine is soft, open, generously fruity and ready to drink. Acidity is fully integrated into the ripe texture, adding a crisp edge to the warmth of this wine
