Product notes

From predominantly clay-limestone plots around Riquewihr and south of Colmar. Dry and racy, it is close to Riesling in its expression.

Production notes

Grapes exclusively harvested by hand in small containers so that the harvest arrives intact at the press. Light gentle filtration before bottling in the spring, then aging in bottles in our cellars until it is put on sale. Wine fully corked with DIAM the cork without cork taste.
