Product notes

Sorìa Frappato is the interpretation of an ancient indigenous grape variety. Link between traditional and modern agronomic techniques, this union refines the angularity of the dark color of the grapes, whose expression in the wine glass recalls the intense scents of the skin and grape seeds. It is a wine that invites you to enjoy the silence, to evoke distant mysterious places at sunset.

Production notes

Traditional red maceration in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. maturation in stainless steel tanks and rest for 3 months in the bottle before being marketed.

Tasting notes

Bright ruby red color. The nose opens to slightly mineral notes followed by fruity aromas of cherries and ripe red berries. Full and balanced on the palate, the smooth tannins will charm you. Pairings with pizza, octopus and antipasto.

Kerin O Keefe, March 2022 (Vintage 2017)

Aromas of cedar, dark-skinned fruit and cooking spice shape the nose on this Frappato. On the forward palate, chewy tannins accompany ripe Marasca cherry, licorice and a dollop of vanilla.
