Pale yellow gold color. Floral and white fruit nose, spicy with a “limestone” mineral touch. Fresh and slender, the palate is saline with a long and complex finish. Pairings with sole meunière and Comté cheese.

Neal Martin, September 2020 (Vintage 2018)

The 2018 Chablis Côte de Léchet 1er Cru comes from 25-year-old vines and is matured in stainless steel vat and wood. It has a light, airy apple blossom bouquet that would benefit from a little more presence. The palate is well balanced with a fine bead of acidity. Touches of white peach and Conference pear are well defined, and a welcome touch of spice appears on the finish. This is an early-drinking yet delightful Côte de Léchet.

Neal Martin, June 2021 (Vintage 2019)

The 2019 Chablis Côte de Lechet 1er Cru has an attractive nose of Granny Smith apples, citrus peel and light flinty scents. The Clean, fresh palate is slighty waxy in texture and reflects judicious use of oak. the cohesive finish demonstrates good weight and length. This will require 2-3 years just for that oak to be subsumed

Anna Lee C. Iijima, December 2021 (Vintage 2019)

Whispers of smoke weave through bright lemon and lime flavors in this briskly concentrated Chardonnay sourced from clay-limestone soils. Moderately full in body but tight and nervous in structure, the wine will show best from 2023 and improve through 2030 at least.

Allen Meadows, October 2019 (Vintage 2018)

There is enough wood to mention surrounding the citrusy and floral-based nose where additional breadth is present in the form of sea breeze, iodine and spice wisps. Once again there is excellent volume to the punch and sappy medium-bodied flavors that deliver fine length and reasonable if not special depth. This presently is a bit woody for my taste but not so much that it's annoying.
