Produced by the prestigious Louis Jadot estate in Burgundy, Chablis white wine is drunk young and fresh. A continental climate (very cold in winter, hot in summer and frost in spring) associated with marly soils forge the unique character of Chablis wines. Vinification and aging take place in stainless steel vats to preserve fruit and freshness.
Both fruity and balanced, this Chablis is relatively expressive from the first years. Its nose expresses accents of citrus fruits and white-fleshed fruits. On the palate, this white wine is sapid and fluid with a marked finish on the minerality. Pairings with salmon tartare, vegan burger and goat cheese.
Aromas of green and yellow apple, oatmeal and ripe lemon zest spell freshness and ripeness in equal measure. The palate of this wine follows suit. A fruity, concentrated midpalate conveys zestiness and channels the ripeness of 2018 beautifully. This is vivid, energetic and bold.
