About this winery

It was with the acquisition of Beaune Premier Cru Clos des Ursules that the history of Maison Louis Jadot began in 1826. It took Louis Henry Denis Jadot thirty years to found the House in 1859, and to establish the values ​​of this family business. Product notes

This pretty vineyard is located at the very top of the village of Pernand-Vergelesses, it faces southwest. This vineyard is located on a secondary base (young Jurassic, around 150 million years old) therefore limestone with a surface soil rich in oxides, particularly ferrous, hence brown limestone.

Production notes

Aging lasts approximately 15 months on fine lees before preparation for bottling.

Fresh and energetic, the Pernand-Vergelesses Les Combottes combines ripe grapes with vibrancy. Its nuances of white flowers and yellow fruits, along with a hint of vanilla and fern, create a smooth and delicious, perfectly balanced wine. Pair with fish or poultry.
