Product notes
The Saint Péray “Les Sauvagères” owes its name to the Marsanne grape variety (30-year-old vines) so called because planted in the wild in very hard granite soils.
Production notes
Aging in 55% French oak (5% new), 25% small concrete eggs and 20% stainless steel vats. Malo blocked and no stirring.
