Product notes
Limestone and tufa soil with a full South – East exposure at 300/450 meters above sea level.
Production notes
Grapes harvested by hand. After destemming and pressing, they undergo a maceration of 15/20 days. Then, a gentle pressing is carried out in the stainless steel tank.
Tasting notes
Ruby red color, with intense aromas of red fruits, leather, white pepper and spices. Endowed with good acidity, it stands out with present and velvety tannins at the same time. Pairings with pulled pork and BBQ
