Product notes
Falanghina is a white wine from the region of Naples, Campania. This native grape variety produces, when harvested at perfect maturity, a distinctive, intense wine with fruity and floral aromas. It is planted on limestone soil.
Production notes
The grapes are harvested by hand when ripe. The grapes are first pressed and destemmed and then undergo a white fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14°C in steel tanks.
Tasting notes
Delicate aromas of flowers, lemon and peach. A textured wine, with a beautiful structure, supported by a minerality that balances a lively and long fruit in the mouth. Pairings with seafood, fish and goat cheese.
