About this winery

Hilly areas, South – East exposure at 300/450 m. above sea level
Production notes
Grapes to be harvested by hand when fully ripe. The grapes are first pressed and destemmed then fermented in white at a controlled temperature of 14°C in steel tanks.
Tasting notes
Brilliant and limpid color with aromas of pear, lemon accompanied by notes of jasmine and almonds. In the mouth, it has a lively acidity and carried by a luscious texture and a balanced roundness. Pairings with fish, shellfish and cheese.
