Château Croix de Labrie - Camille de Labrie Chardonnay - 2020

Château Croix de Labrie

Camille de Labrie Chardonnay 2020

They suggest mango and ginger on the back label, and I normally ignore (admittedly with not a little superciliousness) the tasting notes on the back label, I have to agree here. Ripe, bright, friendly Chardonnay. Not overly complex, but it's a good glassful and should I happen upon this in an unpretentious country pub or brasserie where all I wanted was a glass of wine to go with noisy friends, I'd be happy.
