Product notes
Produced from predominantly clay-limestone plots around Riquewihr and south of Colmar. Dry and elegant, it is close to Riesling in its expression.
Production notes
Grapes are harvested exclusively by hand in small containers so that the harvest arrives intact at the press. Light, gentle filtration before bottling in spring, then bottle aging in our cellars until release. The wine is fully corked with DIAM le bouchon, with no cork taint.
Tasting notes
The color is clear with bright green highlights. The fruit expresses itself spontaneously on the first nose. Then the wine opens with spices, green apple, and white flowers. The palate, delicately tangy and thirst-quenching, quickly calls for another sip. A true thirst-quenching wine. Pairs well with fish and sweet and savory Asian dishes.
