Product notes
The impressive range of La Chablisienne offers a beautiful variety of Burgundies, due to the vast territory covered by its members, where the soils and microclimates can give great variations on the same grape variety. This entry-level cuvée, from 30-year-old vines, comes from vines located slightly outside the Chablis appellation, so it is produced in AOP Bourgogne.
Production notes
Static cold settling before the start of fermentation. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in vats. Aging on fine lees in stainless steel vats to keep the freshness of the Chardonnay.
Tasting notes
Clear yellow color with green reflections. Nose of apples, pears, with citrus flavors complemented by a floral touch. The proximity of the Chablis region transports us to a mineral palate, a generous texture without forgetting the persistent freshness. Pairings with white butter trout, grilled salmon and goat cheese.
