Product notes

There is little Beaune Blanc; the wine comes from two plots that we follow in cultivation, one at a place called Bressandes (below the 1er cru) on the coast, the other a clos at the entrance to the town on the coast, deeper land near an old tannery, ie near a spring.

Production notes

The harvest is manual in small crates and the grapes are fermented in the barrels of our cooperage, a third of which are new. Aging lasts about 15 months on fine lees before bottling.

Tasting notes

Light yellow color. Aromas of peach, pear and citrus, with hints of pastries. An elegant wine with a soft and refreshing texture. Wonderfully balanced acidity with an abundance of white fruit complemented by intonations of spices, toast and creamy undertones. Pairings with quiche, ceviche and goat cheese.
