Grüner Veltliner from multiple sites growing on loess soils rich in limestone, silty sand, and clay. Manual harvest with a delicate, slow pressing of grapes, fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maturation in steel tanks.
Aromas of lemon, white peach, pear, apple with white pepper, fresh herb, stone mineral on the nose. Bright & pleasant on the palate with an orchard/citrus fruit core, fresh acidity, hints of stone mineral on the finish.
