Product notes

JJ VINCENT White Burgundy is a wine marked by its origins in southern Burgundy. The Mâconnais offers soils which are naturally rich in clay and generally oilier.

Production notes

10% are vinified in oak barrels and 90% are vinified in stainless steel vats. The vats benefit from a thermoregulation system, and the barrel cellars have an ambient temperature control system.

Tasting notes

Light pale yellow, with green reflections. Nuances of citrus (mandarin), discreet vanilla, brioche. The palate is fleshy, rich, fresh and supple. Pairings with fish, oysters and dishes with sauce.
