Product notes

Since 1985, Famille Vincent has offered a range complementary to Château de Fuissé wines. A selection of the best plots, partly from family properties, which are vinified with the same rigor and passion as the estate's wines.

Production notes

Each origin is vinified separately and will be assembled gradually after racking and numerous tastings by oenologist Antoine Vincent. The wine then rests in vats while awaiting bottling.

Tasting notes

Clear pale yellow color, with green reflections. Brilliant and clear. Nuances of citrus, golden apple and brioche. The palate is fresh and elegant, with sustained length and finesse on the finish. Pairings with white meats and fish
