About this winery
The Château de Fuissé, built in the heart of its eponymous village in the 16th century, has belonged to the Vincent family for 5 generations. Claude Bulland acquired the estate in 1862 for the production of wine, then in 1922, Jacques Vincent-Bulland became one of the co-founders of the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation. Product notes
The Saint-Véran vineyard is located to the north of the appellation and adjoins Pouilly Fuissé.
Production notes
Manual harvest. Indigenous yeasts and natural start of alcoholic fermentation. Vinification in vats.
Tasting notes
Light yellow color with green reflections. Nose with a beautiful intensity of ripe fruit and white flowers. Racy, fleshy and rich mouth, with a beautiful minerality on lemony and apple notes. Fresh and harmonious. Pairings with salad, quiches and goat cheese.
