Founded in 1923, Dom Brial embodies the very essence of Roussillon wines. Nestled in the heart of southern France, in Baixas—a small village at the heart of Roussillon—Dom Brial, a producer of Catalan terroir wines, brings together 200 winegrowers. Product notes

Echinops, the blue thistle, gives our landscapes a distinctive silvery-blue hue. This vintage pays homage to the floral and animal life and this symbiosis within our vineyard, driven by our commitment to listening to the land and its people. Soils composed of rolled pebbles and clay soil.

Production notes

Aged in stainless steel vats.

Tasting notes

Purple color with violet highlights. Fruity nose of cherry and black fruits, enhanced with a hint of spice and garrigue. On the palate, silky tannins, beautiful balance, and a lovely freshness. Pairs well with grilled meats and charcuterie.
