Product notes

“Flor de Sal”, a brand associated with the 5th generation of Ervideira wines with a power and a desire to do something different, irreverent and innovative. In its lots, the interplay between national and international grape varieties, revealing themselves in completely different, but attractive profiles.

Production notes

These grape varieties are harvested separately and as soon as they arrive at the cellar, they are pressed and start their fermentation in stainless steel vats, inside the cold room, at a temperature of 10 ° C to 12 ° C.

Tasting notes

A fresh wine, with a young profile and a lemony color. On the nose aromas of tropical fruits, peach and hints of minerality. At the start of the mouth it is smooth, but its acidity is revealed at the end of the mouth, awakening the fruity component and prolonging its tasting. Pairings with sheep cheese, cod croquettes and grilled vegetables.
