Production notes

Selection of organically grown grapes in Saint-Chinian on clay-limestone soils. (Saint-Chinian, Combejean, Pierrerue and Assignan) 100% inert tank

Tasting notes

With its very floral Syrah on sandstone and limestone clay, Saint-Chinian is delicious, fresh and harmonious, combining the seductive fruit of Grenache and the structure of Mourvèdre when ripe. It brings together expressions of tulips, iris and lily of the valley, and a stony side that recalls storm rains on hot stones. Pairings with olive tapenade, cold cuts and BBQ
