Product notes

The town of Auxey Duresses is located in the center of the Côte de Beaune, at the crossroads of the production of red wines in the North (Volnay, Monthelie...) and white wines in the South (Meursault, Puligny, Chassagne). Le Val is located above the village on a relatively steep and stony hillside.

Production notes

The grapes are destemmed and vinified in open vats for about 4 weeks. After devatting, the wines are barreled in oak barrels and aged for 18 months.

Tasting notes
