Product notes
Coming from pebble soil with clay soils, this cuvée represents the House's commitment to organic viticulture and respect for natural balances. Organic viticulture shapes a lively wine, full of harmony, which transcribes the brilliance of the fruit in all its purity.
Production notes
The Mourvèdres are fermented with the Grenaches to fix the color and the tannins. The Syrah is vinified separately in the traditional way by a delicate maceration which lasts about 3 weeks. Aging takes place in stainless steel vats for 9 months, and in bottles in the cellars to stabilize the wines.
Tasting notes
On the nose, aromas of ripe red fruits and a slight bouquet of flowers and spices that are found on the palate. At the tasting, the fullness is beautiful, the tannins are present and structuring but quite fine. The finish has slightly minty notes, a signature of the presence of Syrah in the blend.
