Product notes

With its unusual architecture, Rochemorin castle is located at an altitude of 56 m, the highest point in the commune of Martillac, on one of the highest gravel ridges in the Pessac-Léognan appellation.

Production notes

Aged for 10 months in barrels (35% new) on total lees with regular stirring.

Tasting notes

Light yellow color. Nose of nectarine and apricot notes with vanilla notes and aromas of lemon zest. The attack is full of freshness, followed by a beautiful mid-palate. Pairings with grilled fish.
