Product notes

On poor granitic soils, protected from the Atlantic influence by the mountains, the vineyards of this part of the country see their grapes rippen with relatively high natural acidity, which brings finesse and complexity.

Production notes

Pressing and selection of must. Cold static settling. Fermentation at controlled temperature between 12 and 14 ° C. Aging on fine lees for 4 months.

Tasting notes

Notes of tropical fruits, white fruits and mint. Textured fruity palate, good concentration, very fresh. Pairing with seafood pasta, cheese fondue, roasted vegetable salad with feta cheese.
