Product notes
On poor granite soils, protected from the Atlantic influence by the mountains, the vineyard produces grapes that have a relatively high natural acidity and finesse and complexity.
Production notes
Tasting notes
Ruby color. Aromas of ripe black and red fruits with floral notes. Supple and silky on the palate, slightly oaked yet sapid, it has beautiful structure and fine tannins. Will pair nicely with apple blood pudding, minced veal ravioli and black olives, Portuguese chicken.
