Production notes

After 12 hours of skin maceration, pressing is done and only the drained must is recovered. A cold static settling is done. After this, the must is separated from the lees. Then, fermentation begins at a controlled temperature of 14-16 ° C. When the alcoholic fermentation is finished, the wine is aged on the fine lees for 6 months.

Tasting notes

Yellow in color with greenish reflections, the notes of citrus fruits and ripe and fresh tropical fruits perfume the glass. On the palate, the freshness presented confirms the nose, the volume in the mouth showing good acidity with a pleasant persistence on the finish. Pairings with shrimp skewers, cod croquettes and cheeses.

Roger Voss, January 2021 (Vintage 2019)

A blend of four of the classic Douro white grapes, this wine is soft, toasty and with an easy blend of fresh fruits and bright acidity. There is an attractive citrus crispness to the aftertaste.
