More than 60 hectares of vines, carefully selected by our technicians and managed to obtain low yields, participate in the Superbarbera project.
Vinification is traditional, with maceration for 10 days at a temperature of 20-30°C, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine spends approximately 12 months aging in barrels, during which this well-structured Barbera further improves its extractive qualities and evolves into a complex and elegant wine.
Ruby red color. Rich and deep, with a complex balance of violet, licorice and vanilla notes. The palate is lively and marked, with a subtle background of vanilla and wild berries which continues until a lingering finish. Pairings with Cote de Boeuf
