James Suckling, January 2022 (Vintage 2015)

Deep, broody red and darker berries on the nose, together with floral and leathery notes. Full-bodied with grainy tannins that are soaked in spice and fruit. Starting to be approachable now, but should continue to age gracefully. Best from 2023.

Aromatic dried herb and cherry notes with a supple rounded palate, powerful tannins and a long, tarry finish.

Walter Speller, July 2022 (Vintage 2015)

Maturing ruby with bricky rim. Savoury, herbal, deep cherry nose with a suggestion of oak and already with some development noticeable. Lots of juice but completely dry and slightly tarry cherry fruit with a firm, slightly demanding layer of chewy tannins. Already quite developed and could be a little fresher, but this is not without merit. Ready now, but don't try this without food.
