Eastern hills of Lake Garda on morainic soils (rocky debris—clay, silt, sand, gravel and blocks), stony and well-drained on Guyot vines.
Production notes
Harvested at the end of August. Pressing of whole grapes. Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Aged for 4 months in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by 2 months of bottle aging.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow in color. The nose is light and delicate, characterized by a subtle and elegant floral nuance, followed by notes of Golden Delicious apples and distinctive vegetal touches. Dry and medium-bodied, the palate faithfully reflects the nose: lively and flavorful, it remains simple and extremely pleasant. Pairs well with grilled fish and chicken Caesar salad
