Tasting notes

Deep ruby red color, beautifully concentrated. Fleshy red fruits blend harmoniously with sweet spices, before giving way to delicate herbal notes. Full-bodied and delicious. The harmonious balance, achieved through excellent structure and vibrant acidity, gives this wine a smooth yet lively palate. Pairs well with roasts and braised meats accompanied by polenta.
