About this winery

In 1995 Alberto Antonini, a well-known Tuscan winemaker, and Antonio Morescalchi, a young entrepreneur, took a trip to visit the burgeoning wine areas of South America. It only took one stop to find what they were looking for. They were immediately impressed by the vineyards thriving in the high altitude and dry climate of Mendoza, and were captivated by the whispered traditions and blend of cultures. Product notes

Grapes from 100% organic, high-density vineyards at our Luján de Cuyo estate.

Production notes

The grapes are harvested manually and fermented in concrete tanks, where fermentation takes place with native yeasts. Aging lasts 6 months in these same vats. It is not aged in oak. Six months of bottle aging.

Tasting notes

Purplish red color. Fruity notes with traditional aromas of red fruits as well as notes of eucalyptus and pink pepper. Freshness and liveliness predominate on the palate, with juicy acidity and silky tannins. Its finish is long and juicy. Pairings with grilled vegetables and red meats.
