The cuvée is named after the daughter of Axelle and Pierre Courdurié. The main interested party even designed the label! The vines are cultivated on high altitude terroirs where the climate remains cool. Calcareous and sandy soils.
The harvest is done manually at night to keep the grapes at low temperature. Fermentation at 16 ° C after settling. Maturing in vats on fine lees for a few months, then only 10% of the production is then aged in French oak barrels.
Golden yellow color that opens up to notes of honey, ginger, citrus and spices. The fresh and lively palate continues towards a beautiful mineral acidity which makes the finish round and aromatic. Pairings with smoked salmon, seafood and goat cheese.
A touch of minerality to the waxed lemons and stone fruit. There is nice richness on the mid-palate, with a medium body and round, medium acidity. Flavorful and pretty long.
