Located in Saint Sulpice-de-Faleyrens, the plots of Chapelle de Labrie offer a terroir made up of gravel with clays and blue clays, which bring depth and density. Production: Between 3,000 and 5,000 bottles.
Manual harvesting and several passages per row. New French oak barrels with a medium-long toast. Aging 18 months minimum.
Notes of cassis, blackberries, plums with influences of lilac, violet, nutmeg and pepper. The palate is fresh, fruity, balanced offering a fine tangy frame, juiciness and a little tension. Pairings with lamb ribs, flank steak, duck and stong cheeses.
